The drive from Sparwood to Golden is a 280-kilometer journey through the heart of the Rocky Mountains. You will travel north on Highway 3 to Elko, then take Highway 93/95 through the Columbia Valley, passing through Invermere and Radium Hot Springs before reaching Golden. The trip takes approximately 3.5 hours. This route offers some of the most spectacular mountain scenery in Canada, including views of the Purcell and Rocky Mountain ranges.
