The drive from Sparwood to Canmore is a 240-kilometer journey through the heart of the Rocky Mountains. You will travel north on Highway 3 to Elko, then take Highway 93/95 through the Columbia Valley, and finally Highway 93 North into the Bow Valley. The trip takes approximately 3 hours. This route offers some of the most spectacular mountain scenery in Canada, including views of the Purcell and Rocky Mountain ranges.

Canmore is just outside the national park, so no park pass is required for the town itself.
