The drive from Slocan to Golden covers approximately 280 kilometers through the rugged interior of British Columbia. You will travel north on Highway 6 to Revelstoke, then transition to the Trans-Canada Highway (Highway 1) East. This route takes about 4 hours of driving time. You will pass through some of the most spectacular mountain scenery in the province, including Rogers Pass. It is a popular route for those heading toward the Rocky Mountains.
