Vernon is located in the North Okanagan. From Pangman, you can drive via the Trans-Canada Highway (Hwy 1) through the Rockies, then take Hwy 97 north from Kamloops. The drive is approximately 1,600 km. Alternatively, fly from Regina to Kelowna (YLW) and take a 45-minute shuttle or rental car to Vernon. Vernon is known for its proximity to three major lakes and Silver Star Mountain Resort.
