Traveling from Mobile to Catalina involves a 275-kilometer drive. You will head north on Route 10, transition to the Trans-Canada Highway (Route 1), and eventually take Route 230 toward the Bonavista Peninsula. The journey takes approximately 3 hours and 15 minutes. You will pass through diverse landscapes ranging from coastal forests to rugged barrens. Catalina is a historic fishing community located near the tip of the peninsula.
