Iqaluit is accessible only by air, making this a unique journey from Île-aux-Noix. You must travel to Montreal-Trudeau (YUL) and take a flight to Iqaluit Airport (YFB). There are no roads connecting Iqaluit to the rest of Canada. The flight takes you over the vast, rugged landscapes of Northern Quebec and Baffin Island. Iqaluit is the capital of Nunavut and serves as the cultural and administrative center of the territory.
