The drive from Fairhaven to Sydney, Nova Scotia, is a long but beautiful journey of approximately 650 kilometers. You will follow the Trans-Canada Highway (Route 2 and 104) through New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, eventually crossing the Canso Causeway onto Cape Breton Island. From there, take Highway 105 to reach Sydney. Expect a full day of driving, roughly 7 to 8 hours.
